Simon Sinek is one of the people I am listening to more and more. If you don’t mind a bit of language, his talks are down-to-earth, insanely honest, practical, and inspiring! He encourages honesty, saying what you are good at and what you are not good at, and not pretending to act interested in relationships if you are not. While “authenticity” is a buzzword today and is overused, I can’t think of a better word for what he encourages.
In a word, his talks are refreshing and they make me want to be better. I hope you enjoy.
