This post’s topic is a bit random. That said, I had the opportunity and privilege of speaking online to a small group of High School students last week. I was asked to speak on something relevant to the Christian life, and I decided to focus on the value of study in the Christian life. How many Christians make time to study? Unfortunately, too many view studying as something a pastor or scholar should do. Yet, every Christian can benefit from study as a key element of discipleship.
But how do you decide what to study in the Bible when you want to spend a few weeks or months digging into something specific? Here are a few slides from my presentation.
