B.J. Condrey is married to his best friend, Allison Condrey. They have one son, Ezra, and a daugher, Rhema! He does not like cats.
He has a B.A. in Philosophy, B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Philosophy, and is a Ph.D. candidate (second year) in Ethics and Practical Theology in the School of Divinity at the University of Edinburgh where he received a partial scholarship.
From 2004-2006, he served under his dad (the senior pastor) as youth pastor at Grace Fellowship Ministries in Winnsboro, Texas. From 2006-2015, he served as a youth pastor, college & young adult pastor, and small group pastor at Resurrection Life Church in Picayune, Mississippi.
In addition to pastoring, he has taught philosophy at Pearl River Community College, Spokane Falls Community College, Whitworth University, and Gonzaga University. He has taught the following courses: Introduction to Philosophy, Philosophy of Human Nature, and Reasons for the Christian Faith. He currently writes courses and teaches psychology and philosophy (The Works of C.S. Lewis) at Enlightium Academy.
His enjoys spending time with his wife and kids as well as close friends, reading and studying the Bible, reading and studying Philosophy, blogging, teaching, writing, trout fishing, drinking coffee, serving in his local church, board games, and playing croquet with his dad.
His deepest desires are to know the Lord, do His will, build the church, and inspire others to do the same.
